Flight Changed to Next Day
Hi,
As part of scrapping the MAN-IAH route, my flight Manchester to Singapore has been cancelled and I’ve been moved to a flight the following day.
I now have a 2 hour layover before flying to Perth (multi city booking) instead of 24 hours stopover which was booked for health reasons. I also have a non refundable hotel booking in Singapore.
I have contacted Singapore Airlines to enquire about 3 options:
1) move each flight by 2 days so I have the same amount of time in each destination as booked
2) put me on the London flight on the original outbound date
3) allow me to cancel without penalty and re-book
Grateful for any advice on what my rights are, as I’m unsure how to proceed with this
