Yeah, I think doing it at the airport is a lot easier. IRROPS have different policies than schedule changes, and res agents primarily handle the latter, whereas airport agents almost exclusively handle the former.
Yeah, if it comes to this I would be making my way to the airport and speaking to an agent. I would recommend everyone else do the same if it's convenient for them to do so, especially for those that don't have priority/concierge access.
