Within an airport it is all the same catering management
From airport to airport it can vary... I know Flik Hospitality does several (quick Google shows Linked In results for Flik GMs at both ORD and IAH for example) but I'm not sure all Clubs use Flik (e.g. CLE has a very passionate F&B manager who has gone out to other outstation clubs but I've never heard Flik mentioned.
