When I was in NAM I was able to take early morning flights the day of a meeting or the night before if it was a longer flight. After moving to Europe we typically started work meetings on Tuesday to allow for travel on Mondays. After recently being acquired, the new company likes to start on Mondays so Sunday travel is required. I compensate by leaving Thursday afternoon and taking Friday off.
