Seems very widely rolled out at HPs now, but I also get the sense a lot of front desk agents just don't care and let folks check in early anyways

I will say Hyatt's rollout has been less than impressive though, I've "secured" early check in so many times by paying on the website, only to find out there's no rooms ready
