We hope you have had a great summer holiday, or maybe you can still look forward to a well-deserved break.

At the beginning of this year, new features within your Miles & More programme have been introduced and we are happy to see the many positive reactions, especially when it comes to the new lifetime status.

Today, we are pleased to inform you that we are working on a new co-branded payment solution. Indeed, after a long cooperation with American Express, the decision has been taken to go in 2025 for a new payment card provider offering many attractive features and benefits, not only when you are travelling, but also in your daily life.

In a few weeks from now, we will be able to share more information about our new co-branded payment card. In the meantime, you can continue benefitting from all the features of the Miles & More programme, such as earning miles and redeeming them for a wide range of awards. You also may want to explore our new option of Cash & Miles as form of payment.

For all Miles & More members with a Brussels Airlines Miles & More American Express® Card, please note that our cooperation will end on 1st November 2024. Miles can still be earned with every purchase until 31st October 2024 included and the validity of the accumulated miles will be extended until 30th June 2025 on a goodwill basis.
