What is your IHG One Rewards status?
Diamond Inner Circle Royal Ambassador

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay
Yes, excellent stay.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked cheapest rate and was upgraded to 1 Bedroom Suite Victoria Harbour View

How are the rooms?
Around 66 sqm large.

Living room with seating and dining area.

Bedroom with bed, armchair and desk.
Very comfortable bed.

Very nice bathroom with bathtub and separate walk-in shower.

Byredo Blanche toiletries.
Additional guests toilets.

Flat screen television set with very good selection of international channels, including HBO, Cinemax and BBC World News.
Chromecast.

Nespresso coffee machine. Kettle.
Usb and power sockets next to the bed and desk.

Superb view over Victoria Harbour.
Despite the double-glazing, you can faintly hear the traffic noise from the busy road in front of the hotel.

Very efficient air conditioning despite high summer temperatures.

How is the exec. lounge?
The lounge is temporarily located on the lobby mezzanine.

Excellent service and very good food offer.

Seating area over the lobby. Dining area in the back with (partial) view over Harbour.

Check-in/out area and meeting room are on the first floor in another area.

Dining area.

The staff are really charming, attentive and very efficient: orders are served remarkably quickly, despite the large number of guests, and always with a smile.

I was a little sceptical about the club's temporary location on the mezzanine, particularly in terms of noise. But in fact the club is pleasant: it is quiet during breakfast and afternoon tea.
And it's lively in the evenings, even if it's quieter on the Harbour side. In the evening, I find the lively atmosphere of the Publicis Drugstore on the Champ Élysées (which I like very much) or Barcelona’s Flash Flash restaurant.

What was good and what was bad?

GOOD
- Very attentive staff
- Convenient location (Tsim Sha Tsui station is at 15 minutes walk from the hotel, and Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry Pier is at 20 minutes walk).
- Nice suite with superb view

- Excellent club lounge
- Pleasant outdoor pool area.

BAD
- Nothing

Value for $ or IHG One Rewards Club? Would you return?
The hotel is very pleasant indeed.
Service is excellent and accommodations are very comfortable.

Definitely a very good option in Kowloon.
