Final note on this: I contacted the support by email and they helped me retrieve my Sky Pearl account details. Eventually managed to log-in!
So as mentioned before by QTFLYER, creating an account on their website seems to be the only way to manage the booking. (I haven't tried WeChat but might work as well)
