Athough to tell you the truth getting the Citi Executive Card number and the AAdvantage number to play together well is a sometimes they do and sometimes they do not situation.
Today was not on three different single segments. We lost Group 4 boarding and had to gate check carry-ons. (The horror I know; but there were old photographs in the carry ons we did not want to let out of our sight).
Your odds of everything working seem to improve if you reprint boarding passes at the airport . (But today you could not pull up the reservation by AAdvantage number and had to use the PNR, so I guess there was another data base issue going on. Not especially interested guy at the Admirals Club said he had heard other reports).
