AC access is 100% included in the Citi Exec card. That's the main selling point.
Or did you mean that Citi took away the military fee waiver? If so, I'm not sure - however, I would check with them and also reach out to their military number. I've heard of cases where Frontline agents don't know the rules and deny that it's a benefit.

I was referring to the waiver but it appears someone pointed out that VFTW confirmed the change.
I should clarify that I didn’t start this thread with the intent to gain access to Admirals Club just because I’m in the military. I just take exception with their admittance policy because it would more or less prevent a branch of the military from using the club……which is kinda ironic because Admirals are tied to the Navy. If they just added the “on official orders” then that would solve the issue.
From talking to other AC agents in the past, I gathered that they added the “uniform” requirement to prevent a servicemember from basically getting drunk in public, whilst being in civilian clothing, whereas someone in uniform would be less inclined to since there are restrictions to consuming alcohol in public places.
