aa.com says that access "Includes U.S. military personnel traveling in uniform traveling on a same-day flight operated by American." It also says you will need your military ID, which makes the uniform requirement seem a bit redundant.

I recently saw on VFTW that AA recently distributed a memo saying that they explicitly do not waive the annual fee on the Executive card for members of the military, and it has a screenshot of the memo.
