I cancelled a reward booking within 24hrs of making it - but Qatar is refusing to refund the full amount of cash that was paid (Avios were refunded fine). Two questions:

1) Does a 24hr cool down period apply to Qatar redemptions? I can’t find it in the T&Cs

2) Qatar are saying that none of the taxes are refundable, despite it saying that Government and Airport taxes *will* be refunded on the booking screen.

Do I have an recourse to get this fully refunded?
