Hyatt Place offers this — 9am or 12pm. You may also see it as an “add-on” on the app on your reservation. Also may see it on the E-concierge portal.
If it’s a low cash rate, I typically just book the preceding day and email the hotel. They never have issues taking more money. Plus it’s no going back and forth (3am arrivals come to mind).
