so do we now have to use and keep the stay before the validity deadline? I still have my 5 nights but if I’m not able to use them this year on a booking for 2026 I need to rethink where I will apply them
There seem to be two questions here. Nothing has changed in the expiry dates.
1) SNAs now called NUAs earned one year are always valid until Dec 31 of the following year (even if you wait until Jan of the following year to select them).
2) They were never allowed to be used beyond their expiry date so that hasn't changed either. (The only exception to that was during Covid where we got an extra few months to use them, but I'm not even sure if it was 3 or 6 mths.)
