Erm no, at least not on those seats adjacent to the fuselage. The footwell on those seats is lacking a left side as seen here:

and the overhang isn’t huge, therefore not triggering my claustrophobia . Centre seats and 787-9 especially the Flagship Suite Preferred seats are a different matter altogether.
