Europe in general. I don't really travel elsewhere a lot. The only area where upgrades are scarce is Sweden (and possibly Denmark), I assume that's because of high number of elites there, which is only gonna get worse with the status match. Norwegian hotels treated me good but that was back when Platinum status still existed and the rest of Europe was always very pleasant with high share of substantial upgrades including quite frequent suite upgrades.
