No, but the email was directed to me and my account, with the correct points balance of my account. I confirmed there was avios adjustment 24 months ago due to an award cancellation (booked from HA account, but proportional amount taken from and later refunded to each member). There was another HA award booking that I did take which also resulted in proportional avios deduction 28 months ago, still well before month 36. Unless both of those don't count as activity, I don't see how the email can be correct. In any case I also confirmed the other HA member got activity on the same dates (as expected with a HA).
