it's heating up by the way the resumed flight actually end up connecting to BR271/281/233 TPE-MNL/CEB/CRK due to the popularity of Seattle Taipei to the Philippines routing. There was a comment here in order to reach CEB from SEA TPE is better than MNL as a connection point.
