As Gold with Strawberry I get 125 SEK/NOK/DKK in daily F&B credit. I am basically always upgraded. Late check out til 18:00 and early check in aswell, has basically never been a problem. Only once in recent memory at hotel Draken in Gothenburg because they were fully booked.
If I pass a strawberry hotel and want a coffee to go, I just show my status and grap one at any time (including when I'm not staying).
The points are fair in value and they have plenty of promotions.
I'm Diamond select aswell got a status match some years ago and they never changed my status, even though I basically never stay with them.
Edit: forgot one other valuable perk I can cancel until 21:00 on day of arrival without penalties.
