The short answer is Strawberry hotels (former Nordic Choice) I am Gold with them and they are the best hotel reward program I know of and breakfast is encluded in the room price. Such a shame that they are not global, would hand in my HH, IHG, RR and other statusses I don't use in a heartbeat if they were.
