There is NO shuttle from intl terminal to car rental center - everyone has to take a bus to the domestic terminal and then a train.

There weren't long queues to get on the bus but the drivers are too eagar to get tip from everyone. The whole thing took 45 minutes from queuing to get to the intl. terminal and vice versa.
