Asking on behalf of my son. He his travelling to Japan then onto China in October.
Outbound and return flights with BA (Premium Economy both ways).
Internal flights with other airlines.
All flights booked through an independent agent.
BA have now cancelled the return flight from China (well publicised reasons).
They have rebooked the return flight with China Southern, however only economy seat offered.
My question is should he be refunded the value of the class / fare difference?
BA won't discuss as it's booked via an agent and the agent is saying BA say no?
