Return flight cancelled and auto rebooked 2 days later
Hello, BA emailed today that my flight from Montpellier back to London Gatwick at the end of September has been cancelled and “to help get your travel plans back on track we’ve rebooked you onto the next available flight”
however this “next available flight” is 2 days later!
because it’s cancelled 6 weeks in advance, I understand no compensation applies.
But does that mean they also aren’t liable to cover the cost of the extra 2 nights hotel I will need?
