Prior to booking our annual GLA-MEL Business return I was looking for confirmation of what I understand to be the current situation (after getting the answers, I think, from the EK website and what happened on our last 2 or 3 travels). Saver includes chaffeur drive, lounge access and seat selection, like Flex, but the difference is only in terms of the former having higher charges to change the dates or cancel and earns fewer miles? It goes without saying that Flex is dearer than Saver. There may also be differences between Saver and Flex in terms of upgrade options and cost but our main concern is chaffeur drive and lounge access being included in Saver. Thanks in advance.
