Having similar problem. Booked a J award through Aeroplan. I have my Turkish Airlines PNR as well as ticket number.

TK website and app will not accept either and keeps saying "Dear passenger, this reservation cannot be viewed due to the sale channel in which it was formed. You can apply to the channel where you have made you reservation to make a transaction."
