so do we now have to use and keep the stay before the validity deadline? I still have my 5 nights but if I’m not able to use them this year on a booking for 2026 I need to rethink where I will apply them

Hi kevinflyaway,

A member must stay on or before the Nightly Upgrade Award expiration date. For example, if a member’s Nightly Upgrade Award expires on December 31, 2024, the member must stay on or before December 31, 2024 and the NUAs will not apply to the night of January 1, 2025 and beyond.
