TC-JJS arrived from ATH 01:15AM (scheduled arrival was 23:30) and departed for HND at 03:21 (scheduled departure was 02AM) so no doubt the OP is on TK198 on the way to HND now, unless OP asked to be (invol) rebooked.

If invol. rebooked for the flights today, the OP will not be able claim comp. for delay as no delay has been established (and the OP would have made it to TK198 in time if not getting rebooked). It would have been different if the flight had been cancelled.
