Called the Miles & More hotline, the incompetent support staff claimed 1F is gone because of an aircraft change (no, there wasn't - PTY to IST on TK800 is still on a 787-9 and always is on this route), and they also see no more couple seats available. Then claimed she would double-check with the back office, and after 20 minutes of silence/no response I gave up.
Why does everyone have to be so incompetent? From whoever is responsible for this current seating separation bug at TK, to the M&M hotline staff, another business flight booking through lifemiles showing 0kg included baggage, man... if I was this incompetent at my job, i'd be fired.
I also contacted TK via the feedback form, I don't expect anything but who knows, still a few weeks out...
