Indeed. I am in J so I am happy with the 789 I just want to lock in the window seat in that I currently have on the 773. The gal I spoke with was super polite, just unable to speak to the situation beyond what her screen (and ours) says. So we wait and call again if the system does not automatically take care of it (which it usually seems to do just fine actually). Fingers crossed.
