I used ExpertFlyer website (for fee) for the fare rules since the formating is nicer. But they can also be found on aa.com after quoting fares on an itin at the following link. Fare rules are unique to each fare you quote, unlike the Contract of Carriage.
You can also find fare rules for fares on ITA Matrix (free) website (which also has prettier formating than united.com).
