He seems to be getting quite desperate to generate traffic to the website... at least that's how it comes off to me. Posts and pictures like that are totally unnecessary imo.
The blog has really been spiraling down with these low quality clickbait articles. These days its either a poorly researched article from Kyle, a rant about dogs, or stuff like this.
Not the first but the THIRD time he's come up with an excuse to post a shirtless selfie this year. Clearly he's quite full of himself.
Regarding the clickbait, he's even admitted (in the comments) that he posts nonsense for clicks.
