I buy tickets all the time for my partner for SEA-ONT. I have bought them at SEA, SFO, ORD, MKE. Never had a problem buying them. Only problem I had was at ORD, the guy tried adding a "Counter Fee" of $25. I knew this was skeptical, because he kept asking other agents how to add the fee, and some said, ohh are we adding that now. When I asked about the fee, he had to get his supervisor, supervisor said corporate told us to start adding this fee. I pushed backed and they took the fee off. But at all other stations, no problem getting tickets.
