Personally I would fly BA on the outbound: the food is better; and you have time to wait for the slow BA food service - and AA on the return: they are done in an hour; they keep the cabin nice and cold for sleeping; and their bed is better than CS (which basically has a massive crevice in the middle when fully reclined).
