The SQ website and app is frankly terrible compared to those of US carriers. A stark contrast to their in-flight product, and a nightmare to navigate options during IRROPS like this one.
I think they may have tried to call me before sending the same cancellation email as I see a couple of Singapore numbers in my inbound call list.
I called their Singapore reservations line today morning CST. There was hardly any wait and the agent sounded competent (in itself a big improvement compared to how their customer support was during post-COVID recovery).
