I'm totally fine with enforced policy and I'm sure there's a bunch I don't know about why certain policies are in place. That said, I agree most with the comment that they can do whatever they "want" to do. Updating the numbers, re-issuing a ticket, etc are all inconsequential acts that only take motive.
My travel partner tried the QR "luv" coupon thing and we were both sent $200 Luv vouchers. On one hand I appreciate that, on the other, it doesn't help with hotel/meal reimbursement which was $300 and paid by my company. Someone said small claims, no not that upset or willing to invest that kind of energy into it. @
