We are still figuring out whether to take the bus or the train from Florence to this AC hotel. ( for fear of the bridge :-)) ).
I stayed there last year. Breakfast was definitely included as a gold/diamond. The bus is definitely more convenient if you don't want to deal with the bridge and the (short) walk to Sta. Lucia.
