Checked out today, and had a fabulous experience at the hotel. The spacious Marvelous suite has a king, and they set up the rollaway next to it. They had that already set up at check in, with three pairs of slippers and three yukata, too. I selected the breakfast amenity at check-in and there was no charge for the three of us. The buffet was very good and the manager Miyali was particularly helpful.

The staff across the board were helpful and super polite. At the last minute I tried to change our checkout time, they were able to accommodate 1pm, but not later. The location is convenient, but when it's 100 degrees, the walk from the Metro with luggage feels much longer! We left from Osaka Station, and took a cab there, it was 1900 yen. Amemura is very close, as is the Shinsaibashi-suji shopping area and Dotonbori.

All in all, no complaints, hope you have a great stay too!
