Anyone fly Qantas in the 1980s? Here are all the seat maps from back then.

I was rummaging around at my parents place in Sydney a few months back and came across an old Qantas brochure issued to Travel Agents back in 1986. Inside is everything about the Qantas product of the time, including all the seating plans for the mostly 747 fleet.

Flagship was the 747-338 as it was still a few years until the -400.

There are lots of interesting things on these, including the fact that each Boeing 747SP had a different configuration.

Anyone remember flying on these? The rest of the seat plans are here - https://travelupdate.com/full-set-of...eat-maps-1986/

While people often miss the days past, I think we have it better today with the lie flat seats and individual entertainment.
