I'm not sure my 15 month old would have been very happy in that Amsafe restraight anyway. We've had them in CE in the middle seat at that age and they've been fine with the normal seat belt or the lap belt depending on what they're doing.

Once they're 2 they just sit with the normal seatbelt on
