Hi everyone,
During the recent Airpoints upgrade, I qualified for a Gold upgrade. Prior to this I submitted my single Silver recognition upgrade towards an upcoming TT flight.
After the website update, my pending silver recognition upgrade disappeared. In fact is states that my upgrade was "unsuccessful".
When I try to select another upgrade option to my flights it only offers me OneUp.

Couple of questions:
- When upgrading from Silver to Gold, are any pending updates supposed disappear, are they considered 'used'?
- Is my current user experience of not having recognition upgrades related to the site changes or the fact that my silver upgrade 'failed' so no other recognition upgrades are possible? (give point above)?
