Depends on what you mean by options. The resort isn't that far from civilisation, there is a convenience store within walking distance, a very large supermarket (eMart) a couple of minutes away by taxi/bus and the indoor market in Seogwipo is a 10 minute bus/taxi away but no there are no budget friendly food options equivalent to the quality you will find at the resort, i.e: you're probably not going to find a budget friendly restaurant for a romantic anniversary dinner. You can definitely survive, though, and eat well if you like every day Korean food
