Have issued an Turkish Airlines Ticket through Aeroplan using Air Canada miles. Am now trying to reserve a seat/special meal/pet in cabin. The website refuses all requests, and the Turkish call center in the USA says they can't make any changes with a non TK ticket number either and suggest I call Air Canada. The latter also claim they cannot make any of these changes and suggest contacting Turkish.

This approach by TK to other airline issued tickets seems more extreme than in the past. I have recently managed to get around similar restrictions by going to local ticket office but the Turkish Airlines one in Greece (where I am originating) does not answer their phone (automatic message). Any ideas other than airport counter or sending a local email?
