On my last visit the Gold section was also very quiet and pleasant. The service was attentive and you have a view across the airfield (if you like that kind of thing).

Three moans:
1) Very limited toilet facilities, leading to queues even when lounge not busy (I'd hate to see it when it is busy)
2) You can't pour any drinks (other than maybe water)- I can understand restricting alcohol, but it would be nice to have some soft drinks cans in a fridge so that i can help myself, rather than having to wait for someone to serve it to me.
3) No bread at the buffet, which rendered a lot of the charcuterie a bit pointless (IMO).
