As far as I know EZY have a base at ALC. Serving Southampton from there would be the same as Bristol & Newcastle which they already operate to.

With SOU they may do the same as with BRS and combine it with an AMS (or similar distance) rotation to get the most out of the aircraft within crew working hours, eg their BRS operation is usually ALC-BRS-AMS-BRS-ALC.
