Incorrect/Mismatch Avios Balance vs Available to Redeem
Very frustrating situation with limited inventory I am trying to grab for an award ticket - the Avios account balance is over 100,000 points, but when I go to the booking portal, it only shows 600 points available. I transferred points over, and they show correctly in the account, but not in the booking portal.
Is there a shortcut to fix this? I can't get anyone on the phone to help
