SLH Room Availability
Are all rooms at an SLH property made available to Hilton for booking? If so, how quickly are they added to Hilton's site?

A hotel just released availability for the winter. On their website, there are rooms to book. However, Hilton's site is showing "sold out" for those dates.

This is for a cash (not award) reservation.
