We were in Villa12, in a jr suite. Upper floor suites generally have more space than lower (which I discovered in a return trip staying ground level because closer to ocean). Long walk to restaurants and pool. Were I to go nowadays, I’d want a golf cart. The further down the beach, away from lobby/restaurants/pool, the closer one is to the actual ocean. This is my favorite beach of anywhere I’ve been, including U.S., Mexico, Panama, Fiji, and Hawaii. Envious.

One note — service can be stiff/persnickety at middle level staffers. Servers, beach folk and upper management are great.

Edited to add: Whilst we were there, a guest came to lunch in a bikini with thong bottom and she was asked to put on a wrap. it was the bare bottom, I think, that set off alarm bells.
