I had your example on one occasion a few months ago. One pax was getting out and the lady asked if I wanted to take the car. Last month, on arrival, I wondered if the car was available and the lady called for it to come over with no pax exiting when it showed up. However, the bus ended up leaving almost right after us. I have had that too - if you are lucky that a car just arrived, they might take you back but it is not something they offer.
