PeptoBismol is not available in Switzerland. The equivalent of Urgent Care in the Luzerne train station treated me with IVs, probiotics, potassium, etc. (I have forgotten the rest!) two years ago. It wasn’t cheap but I was able to board my scheduled flight shortly thereafter in comfort. I never got sick in the tropics—go figure.
