I found that if you have the lounge pass, you only get breakfast in the lounge, unless the lounge benefit specifically says you can take it at the main restaurant, I think IC KL said you can do both. I've had to use the Diamond benefit to get breakfast at the restaurant. I've had places like IC Seoul COEX and IC Seoul Parnas upset at me for getting breakfast at the lounge and main restaurant, it was because I woke up early and had a quick bite in the lounge and then went to breakfast later with the family at the main restaurant. My argument with them was that lounge breakfast is due to my lounge pass and breakfast at the restaurant is due to being Diamond but they didn't agree. We agreed to disagree and they put a note on my file to let me have breakfast at both places going forward..lol .. but it's not their usual policy
